Yachts to See at the Palm Beach Boat Show 2019
One of the largest yachts on display is the 180′ M/Y SOVEREIGN by Newcastle Shipyard, a state-of-the-art superyacht boasting two masters, a beach club and elevator. Other large displacement yachts appearing at the Palm Beach Boat Show include the 165′ M/Y BROADWATER, a dark-hulled beauty by Dutch master yacht builders Feadship with spectacular six-stateroom layout; 147′ M/Y ATOMIC, a contemporary explorer yacht with beach club and plunge pool; and the 145′ M/Y GRAND ILLUSION, a plush, newly-refitted Palmer Johnson superyacht. Also of great interest to lovers of modern, award-winning yacht design is M/Y JEDI, a strikingly handsome 123′ yacht with astonishing features for a yacht in this size range, including beach club, sauna, and tender garage.
For lovers of speed, the boat show at Palm Beach continues to deliver some outstanding yachts for sale, including two 88′ Sunseeker yachts, M/Y VITA and M/Y ANNABEL, as well as the blisteringly fast 72′ CENTURION I by Mangusta, capable of top speeds of 33 knots. Also of note is the 74′ M/Y VALKYRIE, an Italian luxury version of the lobster boat, with gorgeous low lines and dusky blue hull, tender garage, and a top speed of 32 knots.
Those in the market for an elegant, seaworthy cruiser are also well catered for at this year’s event with the Vicem 97′ M/Y CHANSON on offer, while buyers looking for a day boat or luxury overnighter are spoiled for choice with yachts on show from the Alen Yacht 45′, 55′, and 70′ series.
